If you're ready for a new challenge and want to be part of a dedicated and professional team, we invite you to apply and become part of our story! !Join Our Team! **REQUIREMENTS** **GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVE** ***LOGISTICS ASSISTANT WITH EXPERIENCE IN METALWORKING, CIVIL CONSTRUCTION AND/OR HARDWARE.*** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Know **new techniques** for merchandise storage. * Be able to use **inventory management software**. * Organize the **logistics department**. * Provide the company with the **best resources**. * Manage **supplier relationships**. * Have the **ability** to coordinate teams. * Prepare payment requests, financial reports, as well as procurement of equipment and other goods required for project implementation according to institutional administrative procedures. * Conduct inventories, classify and code products in the warehouse. * Organize the acquisition and transportation of goods and services included in the project. * Maintain product and material incoming and outgoing Kardex records. * Prepare logistics and coordinate field trips and/or project-related activities in project cities. * Occasionally participate in project-planned field activities. * Manage a specific database on project procurements. * Office and field work. * Other duties inherent to the role as requested by management. **PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS** * Graduates or bachelor's degree holders, technical professionals in administration, logistics, or project management. * Minimum 2 years of experience in metalworking, civil construction, and/or hardware stores. * Proficiency in Office software (Excel, intermediate level). * Availability to travel as required for purchasing/materials and supplies pickup. * Flexible working hours (depending on project needs/daily urgency). * Class A1 driver's license (mandatory). **COMPETENCIES** * Planning and organization. * Responsible and proactive. * Ability to work in a team. * Punctuality. * Tolerance for working under pressure. * Negotiation skills with suppliers. * Pleasant demeanor; ease of communication at all levels. **WORK LOCATION** * Main office in CHORRILLOS city.
