We are looking for a Quality Architect Supervisor to join our team. **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Control and ensure the quality of the execution of project items, related to finishes, to guarantee a product delivery that meets the standards determined with the client. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Reviews the documentation corresponding to the project scope (architectural drawings, specialties, and detail drawings) and prepares the specialty coordination report corresponding to the masonry and finishing phase. 2\. Plans quality control activities, reviews and updates construction quality control procedures or formats to ensure the final product is executed according to the promised quality standards. 3\. Conducts quality control verification of materials by comparing product and material technical data sheets against the specifications in the technical file. Additionally, performs quality control verification of installation and assembly for each project item. 4\. Identifies and promptly reports any deviations occurring in the project to facilitate appropriate corrections. 5\. Contributes to the planning of weekly activities according to the established deadlines for each project item, based on the actual construction schedule, in coordination with the Site Resident Engineer. 6\. Requests quality documentation for each completed project item for subsequent delivery to the end client. Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family projects of 10 floors or more.
