**RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, direct, coordinate, and control all field activities. * Permanently maintain the complete technical file at the construction site for construction and verification purposes. * Review and control construction standards. * Monitor and report progress according to project planning and scheduling (budget and time). * Timely request labor, materials, and services. * Lead all specialty work on-site, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, applicable regulations, HSE, among others. * Maintain the site logbook/diary. Verify times and tasks performed. * Provide timely support and notification to the immediate supervisor so that projects are executed within the approved budget and timeframe. * Assist in other duties assigned by the Project Manager and General Management. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree: Civil Engineer, licensed and registered. * Computer skills: MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project. * Others: Advanced knowledge of Last Planner, Look Ahead, and daily scheduling. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 8 years in multifamily buildings. * At least (4) participations as Site Resident in Multifamily Buildings.
