We are seeking Civil Engineers or Architects to serve as Construction Residents to lead challenging retail projects. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and ensure proper execution of construction work. * Control quality, costs, and adherence to established timelines. * Coordinate with contractors and multidisciplinary teams. * Prepare technical reports and progress updates. * Plan schedules and lookaheads. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (mandatory). * Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail projects and at least 5 years in construction. * Solid knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and standards. * Leadership skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities. * Willingness to travel (mandatory). **We offer:** * Participation in challenging projects nationwide. * Growth opportunities within an expanding company. * Excellent work environment and support from a multidisciplinary team.
