Restaurant Chain is currently seeking a **RESTAURANT MANAGER** who meets the following qualifications: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a **Manager/Supervisor in Restaurants and within the food service industry.** * Technical or university education completed **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Availability to work in **DOWNTOWN LIMA** * Schedule: Monday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **(Day off: Rotating)** * Immediate inclusion in payroll under MYPE regime (includes Essalud health insurance, retirement insurance, family allowance of S/.113.00, half of bonus pay, half of CTS savings fund, and 15 vacation days) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently. * Coordinate employee schedules to guarantee adequate coverage for each shift. * Monitor compliance with quality standards for food, beverages, and service. * Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness. * Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace regulations. * Control operating costs including supplies, labor, and other general expenses. * Review and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement. * Establish budgets and sales targets for the restaurant. * Manage purchasing and inventory, maintaining an optimal balance between cost and quality. * Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and providing personalized service.
