Lima \- Huaraz **Academic background:** * **Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences, and/or Anthropology, and/or Sociology and History** **Professional experience:** * **Minimum of 6 years of professional practice.** * **General experience in public and/or private sectors**, in coordination and articulation of public investment programs and/or projects, organization and establishment of thematic tables, dialogue forums, coordination spaces, active listening, development of soft skills for working under pressure. * **Minimum of 3 years of experience** as Social Specialist, Social Coordinator, Social Management Officer, Head of Social Management, Social Intervention Specialist, Specialist in Social Conflict Management, or Social Conflict Management Officer, **in coordinating social projects, expert in leading social groups, knowledge of strategies for managing social groups in infrastructure works** such as construction, creation, improvement, expansion, recovery, reconstruction, adaptation, rehabilitation, remodeling, or renewal of national and departmental roads with rigid and/or flexible pavements, including interventions: local roads, collector roads, arterial roads, expressways, interchanges, underpasses, road infrastructure, bridges, ecoducts, viaducts, rural roads, access roads, highways, and bypass roads. **Additional studies:** * Specialization courses: Second specialization, diploma, or specialization course in Conflict Management and Prevention Programs, courses and/or workshops in Social Communication, training in citizen participation methodologies **Functions:** * Responsible for social management during the project design phase. * Collaboration in multidisciplinary teamwork. **Work location:** Lima \- Huaraz Job type: Full-time Application question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
