Plan, direct, and control the accounting processes of the project, in compliance with internal accounting and financial procedures, as well as current accounting, legal, and tax regulations, in order to provide the Corporation with timely and reliable information for decision-making. **Required Profile** * Graduate or university degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. (Mandatory). * Specialization or courses in treasury, corporate finance, or related fields (desirable). * Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury and financial areas, preferably in treasury roles. * Experience in the construction sector or public works projects (desirable). * Availability to travel. **Required Knowledge** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting and financial tools at intermediate/advanced level. * Up-to-date knowledge of tax and banking regulations. * Knowledge of the S10 system (Mandatory). **Main Responsibilities** * Manage daily cash flows and liquidity projections. * Supervise supplier payments, payroll, taxes, and other financial obligations. * Prepare periodic financial reports related to treasury operations. * Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and monitor its execution. * Review general invoicing (FT/BV/NC and ND), series and sequential numbers. * Review cash, bank disbursements and receipts (daily and monthly reconciliations). * Handle customer promissory note exchanges, record them, and track payments in coordination with Accounting. **Benefits** * Payroll and all statutory benefits. * Health Insurance (EPS) at 25%. * Full reimbursement of travel allowances (100%). **Please refrain from sending your CV if you do not meet the following requirements: minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury within civil construction projects or real estate companies, or lack knowledge of the S10 system.** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.4,000.00 - S/.6,000.00 per month Experience: * Construction and/or real estate company: 4 years (Mandatory) * S10: 2 years (Mandatory) * Treasury: 3 years (Mandatory) Availability to travel: * 25% (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
