On behalf of a major contracting company, we are looking for an Innovation / Technology Manager Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering * Master’s degree is desirable * Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions * Experience in mining, contracting, or industrial companies * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency * Knowledge of SAP Learning RESPONSIBILITIES * Plan and coordinate (schedules, budgets, and KPIs) technological and organizational management projects through to completion. * Convene and lead the Innovation Committee. * Implement and lead the innovation culture plan in collaboration with the DCH Management team. * Design and implement large-scale idea campaigns and creativity workshops in conjunction with the Innovation Committee and Innovation Ambassadors to stimulate innovative ideas. * Monitor, analyze, and report innovation metrics to senior management to identify opportunities that enhance the company’s innovation performance. * Invite experts to participate in the Innovation Committee when required by specific campaigns. * Develop and execute innovation activities, promoting and coordinating participation across all departments. * Work closely with subject matter experts from various areas to identify improvements and new opportunities. * Define guidelines and policies related to innovation that must be followed. * Lead the development of the innovation strategy. * Conduct market research and product development. * Comply with all procedures, legal standards, and regulations established by the company, emphasizing safety, environmental protection, and quality of work to contribute to achieving corporate objectives. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as required by the direct supervisor. * Participate in and comply with the guidelines of the Integrated Management System.
