Position Mission: Plan, coordinate and control the proper functioning of various operating systems, network maintenance, as well as IT projects. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software or Computer Science * Desirable specialization in systems, information technology, IT project management, or project management under PMI approach. * Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience or more * Intermediate Office software skills desirable * Experience in Construction, Mining, Industries, Contractors Functions: * 1\. Validate the strategy, objectives, policies and procedures related to Information Technologies \- IT. * 2\. Identify user needs by evaluating their alignment with business objectives, planning priorities and necessary resources for the execution of SI and IT projects. * 3\. Lead and control the portfolio of information technology projects that enable business process innovation. * 4\. Establish and manage the application and information systems development plan, enabling visibility of business processes. * 5\. Establish a framework for effective management of IT projects based on the PMBOK standard. * 6\. Comply with guidelines of the integrated management system for quality, safety, occupational health, environment and anti-bribery. * 7\. Comply with internal work regulations, safety and occupational health regulations. * 8\. Ensure process integrity when planning and implementing changes within the IMS, considering identification of potential new risks and opportunities, and respective actions to address them. * 9\. Comply with obligations stipulated in Article 38 of Subchapter I \- Chapter II of the Occupational Safety and Health Regulation in Mining D.S. N° 024\-2016\-EM and DS 023\-2017\-EM. * 10\. Fulfill other responsibilities inherent to the position. * 11\. Report to Senior Management on IMS performance within processes assigned to the position. * 12\. Lead and support personnel to contribute to the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System (IMS). * 13\. Report situations that could pose risks to Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, Anti-Bribery and Information Security. * 14\. Responsible for understanding, complying with and applying integrated management system requirements related to their role in the organization. * 15\. Communicate internally and externally regarding the Policy and effective implementation of the Integrated Management System. * 16\. Promptly report information security incidents or events.
