We are seeking a **VAULT AND ROOM SUPERVISOR**, responsible, analytical, and with strong leadership skills, to ensure the proper administration, control, and security of valuables during their receipt, custody, and dispatch. **Main responsibilities:** * Control and manage the process of opening and preparing shipments. * Deliver shipments during the route dispatch process and ensure they match service receipts. * Receive shipments from the route settlement process and verify they conform to service receipts. * Record and monitor the entry and exit of valuables from the vault. * Execute immediate response to operational risk incidents. * Reconcile daily balances in the room and vault. * Support in reconciling customer accounts. * Ensure timely delivery of valuable processing reports to customers and operations. * Evaluate the performance and efficiency of supervised personnel. * Manage and monitor the correct completion of documentation for the valuable processing procedure. * Participate in operational and administrative projects as required. **Education requirements:** * Technical or professional degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Security, or related fields. * Desirable additional training in security management, value control, or loss prevention. * Minimum 3 years of work experience in vault operations, room operations, or valuables transportation. * Experience supervising operational staff and handling physical security procedures and cash control. * Experience in transport, security companies, or financial institutions is desirable. **Benefits:** * Formal employment from day one \- 100% benefits * Pleasant work environment * Constant training * Market-competitive salary * Corporate agreements Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,550\.00 per month Work location: On-site position
