We are seeking an Operational Audit Analyst to contribute to optimizing our processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening internal controls within our operations. Position Objective Evaluate and improve the efficiency, reliability, and compliance of industrial operational processes independently from audited departments. Identify risks, inefficiencies, deviations, and improvement opportunities in production, logistics, maintenance, inventory, quality, and payment chain. Responsibilities * Evaluate the efficiency of industrial processes (production, maintenance, logistics, distribution, etc.). * Review and validate internal controls at plant sites and key operations. * Identify operational risks such as supply chain failures, inventory discrepancies, fraud, or safety violations. * Verify compliance with established operational policies and procedures. * Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time, productivity, line efficiency, unit costs, etc. * Propose process and resource utilization improvements: automation, digitization, reorganization, etc. * Prepare findings reports with clear and actionable recommendations. * Follow up on the implementation of improvement recommendations. * Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (industrial safety, quality, environment, etc.). * Verify segregation of critical functions (procurement, warehouse, finance) to prevent conflicts of interest. * Issue immediate alerts upon identifying potential fraud or irregularities. Requirements * University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Desired: specialization in Auditing, Internal Control, or Process Management. * Minimum 3 years of experience in operational auditing, industrial processes, or internal control. * Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is desirable. * Proficiency in auditing and data analysis tools: advanced Excel, SAP, ACL, or others. * Knowledge of quality standards, industrial safety, and regulatory compliance.
