Within its Coca\-Cola franchise, the company serves a population of more than 123 million in northern and western Mexico, as well as in Ecuador, Peru, northern Argentina, and the southwestern region of the United States. **Arca Continental** is listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange under the symbol "AC". **IT PROJECTS, CONTRACTS AND SECURITY MANAGER \| STAFF LA MOLINA** **Requirements:** * Completed university studies in Systems Engineering or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience leading software development teams and/or project implementation. * Technical experience in SAP project implementation. * Certification in Project Management methodology (desirable). * Advanced level of English. **Responsibilities** Mission: Align, plan, and organize IT processes and the project portfolio with a focus on our cultural principles of results orientation, customer focus, transparency, change, and innovation, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with various local and corporate IT areas, as well as functional departments in Peru. * Collaborate with the IT Manager on the IT governance framework, strategy definition, risk management, and vendor management. * Lead the processes for defining and maintaining methodologies, tools, and standards provided by the global PMO. * Manage the IT project portfolio, directly supporting vendor, budget, and human resource management. * Monitor and maintain active communication regarding the status of all IT department projects and other departments related to IT, resources, and portfolio status, ensuring timely and accurate project delivery. * Lead the management of IT area contracts, complying with legal and financial policies established by the company's best practices and procurement policies. * Ensure optimal management of the IT budget for CAPEX and OPEX. * Lead the information security front, minimizing risks of data loss, leakage, or fraud due to unauthorized access, coordinating with the Global CISO to balance technology risks and benefits. * Lead the innovation front with new technologies, generating proof of concepts, business cases, and working with local and corporate innovation groups to provide technological solutions. **Our Commitment** Arca Continental is an equal opportunity employer.
