We are looking for a **proactive, organized, and detail-oriented** person for a key role within our **production workshop in Surquillo**. This role combines work in **warehouse and inventory management** with **support in production** (bakery/pastry), so we are seeking someone with energy, responsibility, and good communication skills. What will you do? * Receive, organize, and dispatch raw materials and finished products. * Maintain **inventory control** and record daily movements. * Support the **production team** in basic bakery/pastry tasks. * Maintain **order and cleanliness** of the work area. * Coordinate with the **purchasing and logistics team** for restocking.
