




An important company in the fishing sector dedicated to processing hydrobiological products using freezing, canning, and curing techniques is currently seeking candidates for the following position: QUALITY SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Fisheries Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry or related fields. * Experience: At least 3 years in similar positions. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, 22000, HACCP, GMP and BASC standards. * Must reside in Pisco. WORKING CONDITIONS: * Salary: Gross salary of S/3,000 on payroll under the General Regime (all benefits according to law at 100%). * Working hours: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Work location: San Andrés District - Pisco. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Ensure that processes and/or services meet established quality standards. \- Perform quality control sampling. \- Supervise the proper implementation of technical standards, internal procedures, and safety standards. \- Keep inspection and control records updated and participate in internal and external quality audits. \- Apply ISO 9001, 22000, HACCP, GMP, and BASC standards.
