A recognized company dedicated to the production and marketing of calcium oxide is seeking a PLANT SUPERVISOR – HUAMACHUCO\- TAYANGA, MARCABAL DISTRICT \- LA LIBERTAD, to join our team. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering * Chemical Engineer preferred * Two years of verifiable experience as a production supervisor or in a similar position in industrial calcination plants, with personnel management experience (minimum 30 people), knowledge of crushing and grinding processes. Preferred qualifications or courses: * Intermediate knowledge of MS Office * Specialization in production planning, control, and personnel management, or related fields * Course in Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control (IPERC) * Leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop and report monthly operational master plans, comparing planned versus actual performance * Develop and report production schedule projections * Develop and report result analyses, statistical charts, and effective decision-making * Monitor materials for all activities * Ensure compliance with schedules for meetings, trainings, drills, and other activities, as well as adherence to PETS and company safety standards * Participate in the occupational health and safety committee when appointed or elected as a representative * Participate in the development of the Unit's Operational Plan * Propose improvement projects to the unit manager, operations manager, or general management aimed at optimizing the production process to adequately meet demand for quicklime and derived products * Evaluate, through management indicators, the progress of the Operational Plan of the assigned unit, regularly reporting to the Operations Manager, each month, sufficient and necessary information on achieved goals and objectives * Assess the performance and effectiveness of each worker under supervision, proposing training and development plans for their professional growth benefiting the company * Evaluate staff under supervision based on competencies, objectives, and results achieved * Comply with and promote compliance with Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental objectives, ensuring the Integrated Management System achieves intended outcomes and promoting continuous improvement * Submit monthly requests for materials, supplies, and tools; no later than the 20th of each month, for the following areas: kilns, selection, plant maintenance BENEFITS: * Payroll under the General Regime * All statutory benefits.
