A company dedicated to fuel sales, which has a chain of gas stations, is looking for a FUEL STATION MANAGER. REQUIREMENTS \- Studies in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related fields. \- Intermediate and/or advanced knowledge of Excel (report creation). \- Experience working as supervisor, manager or head in service or retail companies (minimum 3 years). \- Experience leading work teams. \- Experience in commercial management. \- Availability to work Monday through Saturday in a sector operating 365 days a year. \- Must reside in Lima, near SMP (Urb. Pro Séptimo Sector Parcela Mz V Lt 2\-3 in the District of San Martin de Porres). 1\. Plan, organize, execute and control all activities related to fuel sales and distribution processes to achieve strategic objectives of the assigned station. 2\. Establish commercial relationships with new clients to generate business and attract new customers. 3\. Lead station personnel in achieving the company's strategic goals and promote a positive work environment among subordinates. 4\. Conduct periodic inspections of the station to supervise compliance with applicable processes and safety measures. Others: \- Comply with company procedures. \- Ensure the operational efficiency and safety of the service station. \- Monitor compliance with controls (inventory, cash, credit cards, consumption vouchers, expenses and assets). \- Maintain service quality standards. \- Care for and maintain the station’s image and appearance. \- Ensure adequate fuel supply at the station. \- Increase sales at your service station by inviting corporate clients.
