**Main responsibilities:** * Make restaurant or other club facility reservations. * Support the development of social, cultural, and sports activities held at the Club. * Assist in participant registration and coordination with the maintenance department for activities or events held at the Club. * Assist in the design, promotion, and dissemination of institutional information, organized and sponsored activities by the Club. * Assist in supervising concessionaires to ensure compliance with Club requirements and legal regulations (health, safety, etc.). * Support the ongoing updating of the member registry, as well as the organized archiving of Club documents. * Assist in identifying suppliers that meet requirements and quality standards. * Support controlling access to Club facilities, as well as reception duties. * Control inventory of assets owned by the Club for food service or event activities. * Other assigned tasks. **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in hospitality, tourism, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate Excel skills (essential). * Intermediate graphic design skills. * Availability to work onsite in Ancón with rotating shifts (1 day off per week). * Present Certijoven or Certiadulto and/or current Police Background Check. * Provide a copy of water or electricity bill (current address). * Copy of valid ID (DNI). * Possession of vaccination card with minimum of 3 doses. **Competencies:** * Proactive * Effective communication * Teamwork **If your profile matches the requirements, don't wait—apply now!** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 per month Work location: Onsite employment
