We are pleased to announce a new job opportunity for a Quality Assistant. **Requirements:** * Graduate of technical or university programs in Administration, Telecommunications, Networking, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Quality Assistant in FTTH projects. * Intermediate-level Office skills. * Residing in Rímac or Lima Cercado (desirable). **Responsibilities:** * Make calls to schedule installation, warranty, and repair visits for the GPON fiber project. * Update and monitor project-specific multi-platform systems in real time. * Maintain digital files and platforms organized. * Coordinate installation and after-sales services. * Coordinate the proper execution of project operational activities. * Ensure processes are carried out on time and as specified. * Ensure deliverables meet defined standards and are submitted within established timelines. **Conditions and benefits:** * Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * Salary of 1,400 Peruvian soles. * Full payroll from day one. * Work location in Lima Cercado.
