




At **Orbe Gourmet**, a company dedicated to food concessions, we are looking for a dining hall supervisor with experience for our dinner or overnight shift at our location in **ATE VITARTE** SEND CV OR CALL WHATSAPP: **941\-805\-409** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise service during the assigned shift. * Taste food before it is served on the service line. * Monitor production going to the service line. * Supervise and manage cash handling during the assigned shift. * Supervise, coordinate, and control personnel management (attendance and punctuality, mandatory uniform use, personal appearance and hygiene, work roles, etc.), ensuring completeness and compliance with established procedures and instructions. * Supervise, coordinate, and control quality, hygiene, and safety aspects in the dining hall under their responsibility. * Address and resolve any customer issues or complaints arising during their shift. * Verify that kitchen, storage, and retail product inventories are conducted to prevent shortages of supplies and products needed for their shift. * Develop service protocols and conduct motivational talks with operational staff. * Ensure optimization and effectiveness of cleaning routines across all areas. * Enforce established work procedures agreed upon with the company and client. * Maintain daily attendance records and supervision of assigned personnel. * Conduct induction processes for new staff joining their shift. * Manage custody and distribution of staff uniforms. · Other duties inherent to the position. **We Offer:** * Formal employment from day one. * SCTR + Life Insurance as required by law. * Positive work environment. * All statutory benefits. * 100% covered meals.
