




Position Objective: Provide a dedicated resource for customer service, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality service that meets user needs. Main Responsibilities: * Provide customer service in person and via messages. * Promptly and courteously address customer inquiries and questions. * Record and follow up on pending cases until resolution. * Coordinate internally with relevant departments to manage solutions. * Ensure clear communication and keep the customer informed about the status of their request. * Coordinate with insurance companies regarding claims processes for the company's fleet.
