We are currently seeking top talent for the position of: Position: PROJECT PLANNER FOR TENDER PROCESSES Location: San Isidro **Functions and Responsibilities:** Develop preliminary project planning during the tender stage, including timelines, construction sequences, resource requirements, and deadline analysis—to support the preparation of competitive, viable, and client requirement-aligned technical-economic proposals. * Develop preliminary execution timelines for projects undergoing tender processes. * Define construction sequences according to project scope. * Identify critical activities and develop the project’s critical path. * Estimate activity durations considering productivity rates, resources, and operational constraints. * Prepare timelines using Microsoft Project or equivalent software. * Coordinate with the Quantity Surveyor and Cost & Budgeting Specialist to ensure consistency among quantities, costs, and timelines. * Define preliminary labor, equipment, and resource requirements for project execution. * Analyze technical, logistical, and operational constraints that may impact execution timelines. * Prepare resource histograms when required by the tender. * Prepare preliminary physical progress curves when requested by the client. * Review deadlines stipulated in Tender Documents and verify their technical feasibility. * Participate in technical site visits to identify conditions that may affect project scheduling. * Propose alternative planning approaches to optimize execution timelines without compromising quality or profitability. * Develop preliminary planning for additional projects or modifications requested during the tender process. * Provide technical support to the Tender Manager during proposal preparation. * Maintain updated timeline templates and company databases of productivity rates. * Participate in internal proposal review meetings. * Coordinate with Design, Operations, Procurement, and Commercial departments as needed to validate proposed planning. * Prepare technical reports related to project scheduling. * Comply with procedures established in the Integrated Management System applicable to this role. **Requirements:** * Education Level: Bachelor's degree / Graduate **in Civil Engineering or Architecture.** * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Construction Scheduler, Planning Engineer, or similar role. * Industry/Sector: Construction, Implementations, Retail, Industrial, or related fields. Knowledge: * Course or specialization in Construction Planning, Scheduling, and Control, * Construction scheduling, Construction Project Management. (Mandatory) * Lean Construction knowledge is desirable. * Last Planner System knowledge is desirable.
