




**PURCHASING AND IMPORT ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduates, bachelors, or degree holders in Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum **1 year of experience in similar positions**. * Solid knowledge in purchasing and negotiation. * Knowledge of import procedures. * Proficient in Office at **intermediate–advanced level**. * **English** at **intermediate level**. * Preferably residing in Lima Norte (**desirable, not mandatory**). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct quotations and quotation comparisons. * Knowledge of the import process from purchase order to final destination, including negotiation with freight forwarders, customs, and transportation; quote and negotiate sea, air, and multimodal freight for hiring freight agents (Forwarders); obtain quotes from overseas suppliers, communicate verbally with representatives of our foreign suppliers, send emails in English, and handle other procedures as required (customs, suppliers, etc.), along with document tracking. * Efficiently lead teams involved in the supply chain, as well as manage processes with a focus on continuous improvement in management and budgeting. * Issue purchase and service orders according to each department's requirements, and conduct follow-up and control. * Establish a supplier database, selecting suppliers based on cost and quality criteria. * Track orders from placement to delivery, resolving any issues that may arise. * Coordinate with warehouse departments regarding inventory management. * Other duties inherent to the position. **ATTITUDES:** * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure * Proactivity and analytical skills * Problem-solving * Organization and planning * Effective communication * Commitment **WE OFFER:** * Pleasant work environment * Job stability * Market-competitive salary * Continuous training and development Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site position
