Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Engineer to supervise, implement, and control the quality management system for multifamily residential and office building construction projects, ensuring execution and compliance with established standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the implementation of the quality management system on site. 2. Implement and monitor the project's quality plan. 3. Train personnel on quality procedures and standards. Quality Engineer: Experience in Multifamily Residential and Office Buildings * Supervise the implementation of the quality management system on site. * Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily residential construction projects and civil works, specifically in structural (gray work) packages. * Implement and monitor the project's quality plan. * Control field tests, inspections, and internal releases. * Record daily protocols and ensure quality during execution. * Verify equipment calibration and material certification documents. * Train personnel on quality procedures and standards. * Develop, implement, execute, and update the Site Quality Assurance and Quality Control Plan. * Prepare technical reports and support the Quality Dossier. * Address client observations and non-conformities. * Hold a diploma or certificate course in Quality Management. * Reside in Lima (not mandatory).
