RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Conduct training workshops for new sales advisors and supervisors on soft skills, sales techniques, objection handling, leadership, etc. \* Develop follow-up schedules for advisors based on identified needs within the sales department. \* Perform call audits of advisors to identify improvement opportunities. \* Identify improvement opportunities in training processes and materials. \* Carry out other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
