




**Job Description – Revo Sport Sales Advisor** The sales advisor is responsible for providing personalized attention to potential and current members, promoting the gym's services and ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the membership process. Their primary objective is to achieve established sales targets, guaranteeing a friendly, empathetic approach aligned with Revo Sport’s values. **Main Responsibilities:** * Attend to and advise clients interested in the gym's services. * Conduct guided tours of the facilities, highlighting the benefits and differentiators of Revo Sport. * Meet monthly sales goals and report progress to the site manager or supervisor. * Manage the prospect database and follow up on generated leads. * Keep membership information, promotions, and agreements updated. * Collaborate with the reception and training team to provide a comprehensive member experience. * Participate in promotional events or local fairs when required. * Ensure compliance with customer service standards and personal presentation. **Required Knowledge and Skills:** * Experience in face-to-face sales or customer service (preferably in fitness, retail, or service industries). * Effective communication and results orientation. * Proactive and empathetic attitude with persuasion skills. * Organized and consistent follow-up with potential clients. * Basic proficiency in digital tools and social media.
