At ADN SELECTION, we are looking for a Site Manager for Paracas. Position Objective: Lead and supervise field construction activities, ensuring compliance with schedule, quality, safety, and technical specifications of the real estate project. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise daily site activities at all stages, ensuring work is carried out according to plans, budgets, and established deadlines. * Monitor physical progress and report to the technical team. * Manage human resources, materials, and equipment on-site. * Represent the company before clients, local authorities, and communities, maintaining strong institutional relationships. * Verify compliance with drawings and technical specifications. * Coordinate with contractors and suppliers. * Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations on site. * Prepare daily/weekly progress and control reports. * Identify risks and opportunities, keeping the project risk matrix updated. Job Requirements: * Academic Background: Degree in Civil Engineering, registered and licensed. * Experience: Minimum 3 years as a site manager in building construction projects. * Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, quantity surveying, construction control, proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel.
