An important company in the clothing retail sector with over 8 years in the market is looking for a Store Manager to join its outstanding team of collaborators. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Lead and coordinate the activities of sales staff under your supervision. \- Ensure high-quality customer service. \- Monitor and control inventory levels in the store. \- Process payments for sold products. \- Perform daily cash reconciliation. \- Conduct weekly inventory counts and issue reports. \- Hold periodic meetings with your sales team to drive performance improvements. \- Handle customer complaints, suggestions, claims, or other issues, as well as those from your team, and report them to your immediate supervisor. \- Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: \- Knowledge of RMS system \- Intermediate level Excel skills. \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles. \- Customer-oriented mindset. \- Teamwork ability. \- Leadership initiative. \- Interest in growing within the sales field. \- Availability to work rotating shifts.
