Currently, we are looking for: **STORE MANAGER - PIEERS TINGO MARIA** **Requirements:** - Minimum 2 years of work experience in sales, product promotion, and customer service. - Passion and interest in fashion. - Immediate availability and full-time commitment. - Availability to work from store opening to closing, 10 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. **Main Responsibilities:** - Perform store opening procedures. - Lead the daily 10-minute meeting to communicate sales quotas, objectives, promotions, and task assignments. - Conduct cash register audits and deposit cash collections. - Record and submit reports of sequential documents and merchandise receipts. - Generate the store's accounting documentation. - Prepare daily sales reports. - Support the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines to improve customer engagement in the store. - Train and evaluate new staff, reporting their performance to the supervisor. - Ensure staff submits required documentation to the HR department for contract processing. **Benefits:** - Base salary + commissions + overtime pay (1400 - 1500 soles), paid biweekly. - Official payroll from day one. - Corporate discounts on our brands. - Constant training opportunities.
