At Constructora Concepcion S.A.C. we are looking for **1 Cleaning / Floor Supervisor** for the **Wimbledon Hotel.** **Job Mission:** * Ensure proper and high-quality cleaning of rooms and public areas. * Lead, control, and ensure effective management of the Housekeeping and Public Areas department, demonstrating passion for service and hospitality. Comply with established quality standards and parameters. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure cleaning quality in guest rooms and public areas according to established service standards for guest and customer satisfaction. * Closely supervise general cleaning of hotel rooms and common areas, complying with established standards and procedures. * Ensure adequate stock of tools in cleaning carts and the Housekeeping sub-warehouse. * Apply operational supply processes to ensure appropriate inventory rotation, as well as proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment. * Supervise room, public areas, and laundry teams, ensuring compliance with company policies. * Promote synergy within the entire HK team. * Minibar restocking and replenishment. * Lost \& Found control. * Monitor deep cleaning schedules for rooms. * Perform other duties as requested by the Executive Housekeeper. **Requirements:** * Degree in Hospitality and Tourism or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in HK, Rooms Supervision. * Customer service experience, with courteous and friendly demeanor. * Strong organizational and space management skills. * Excellent attitude and teamwork ability. **Additional Information:** * Payroll inclusion from the first day. * Salary: S/ 1300\+ HOTEL POINTS. * Rotating schedule.
