**At Staffing Services, a company specialized in workforce management and operational solutions, we are seeking an Operations and Fleet Control Supervisor to coordinate field and backoffice activities, ensuring compliance with processes, indicators, and quality standards.** **Main Responsibilities:** · Supervise and optimize fleet control using GPS systems. · Lead the monitoring team and administrative staff, ensuring compliance with protocols and objectives. · Prepare operational reports, performance indicators, and improvement proposals. · Coordinate corrective actions in response to operational incidents and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs. · Manage communication between operations, logistics, customer service, HR, and IT departments. · Promote continuous improvement through data analysis and strategic decision-making. **Requirements:** · Proven experience in operational supervision, fleet control, or logistics. · Proficiency with technological tools (GPS, dashboards, management reports). · Leadership, analytical, and team management skills.
