**BIM Modeler:** · Licensed Architect with at least 12 months of specific experience in projects executed under the BIM methodology in design and construction. · Experience producing architectural and safety drawings from the BIM Model. · Knowledge of ISO 19650 and the National BIM Guide. · Knowledge of RNE. · Proficiency in Revit Architecture. · Knowledge of other disciplines in Revit (valued). · Autodesk certifications in BIM modeling courses. · Courses in Autodesk Navisworks. · Knowledge of 4D simulations using Navisworks. · Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. · Knowledge of rendering software such as: Twinmotion, Lumion, Enscape, or others (desirable). · Knowledge of Office suite, quantity takeoffs, and valuations. **Functions:** · Develop Information Models according to the specialty. · Generate information exchange files in different formats. · Model and input required information into models or model elements as defined by the Required Level of Information. · Use and create new families/types according to project needs. · Ensure deliverable quality while maintaining coordination with various disciplines. · Clash detection and resolution across disciplines. · Coordinate with the project manager and BIM team. · Coordinate with specialists. · Generate progress reports for specialties (BIM schedule).
