We are currently seeking a **Construction Resident Engineer** for one of our temporary projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and control project progress according to the established schedule. * Coordinate and manage human resources, materials, and equipment necessary for execution. * Ensure compliance with technical specifications, regulations, and safety standards. * Report progress, incidents, and results to the project department. * Ensure proper execution of drawings, specifications, and procedures. **Education:** * Civil Engineer, licensed and registered. **Experience:** * Minimum of 5 years in roles such as Construction Resident, Resident Engineer, Construction Supervisor, or Supervision Manager, executing hospitals or similar projects. **Strong technical knowledge in:** * Construction safety regulations. * Quality standards in construction execution. * Proficiency in engineering and project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar). **Skills and Competencies:** * Personnel management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. * Planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines and budgets. * Effective communication and negotiation abilities. * Problem-solving with a results-oriented approach. * High attention to detail and commitment to safety. **Conditions and Benefits:** * Employment type: **Service invoices (honorariums)**. * Fixed-duration project (2 months). * Remuneration: **S/ 5,500.00**. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Participation in a high social-impact project. * Work with a highly professional team and positive work environment.
