We are looking for a **Marketing Manager** with strategic vision, creativity, and commercial focus to lead the marketing department and take our brand to the next level. **Position Mission** Lead the company's marketing efforts by strengthening brand presence in the market, promoting our real estate projects, and generating tangible sales opportunities together with the sales team. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with commercial objectives. * Analyze the real estate market and competition to define effective strategies. * Develop visual identity, brand tone, and communication guidelines. * Supervise content for social media, website, brochures, videos, and advertising materials. * Plan and optimize digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, real estate portals). * Coordinate with the sales team to generate and qualify leads. * Implement CRM tools and track performance results. * Propose activations, launches, and promotional strategies. * Lead the marketing team (design, social media, photography, etc.), ensuring quality and goal achievement. * Prepare monthly performance reports and improvement plans. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate or construction marketing. * Proficiency in digital tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, CRM, Canva, etc.). * Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and team leadership abilities. **We Offer** * Opportunity to join a company with growth vision and high-impact projects. * Direct involvement in strategic brand and positioning decisions. * Competitive salary and career growth. * Dynamic, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.
