Our team in Peru is growing, and we are currently recruiting an Intermediate Civil Supervisor to join our Minerals \& Metals business line on one of our major site projects. **About the role** * Ensure compliance with scope, cost, time and quality established for civil discipline scopes (earthworks, access roads, dikes, tailings and water dams). * Establish smooth communication with the client, aiming to facilitate coordination with other client areas (Environmental and Operations teams). * Monitor compliance with characteristics of resources (human, equipment and materials) provided by the contractor for construction execution. * Promote adherence to the client's health, safety and environmental policies. * Promote compliance with quality controls during construction activities. * Review daily reports, contribute to weekly and monthly progress reports on civil discipline activities. * Conduct review and validation of specific work procedures. * Review contractors' payment statements, validating completed quantities. * Monitor daily, weekly and three-week activity schedules submitted by the contractor. **About you** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering – Licensed and registered professional * 7 to 12 years of experience in Process Plants (Mineral Processing) during construction or operation phases in earthworks, access roads, dikes, tailings and water dams. * 5 years of experience in Mining (essential). * Knowledge of Safety Regulations. * Availability to work on site. **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
