Our team in Peru is growing, and we are currently recruiting a Senior Civil Supervisor to join our Minerals \& Metals business line on one of our key site projects. **About the role** * Ensure compliance with the defined scope, cost, time and quality for civil discipline activities (earthworks, access roads, dykes, tailings and water dams). * Establish smooth communication with the client to facilitate coordination with other client areas (Environmental and Operations teams). * Monitor compliance with the characteristics of resources (personnel, equipment and materials) provided by the contractor for construction execution. * Promote adherence to the client’s health, safety and environmental policies. * Promote compliance with quality controls during construction activities. * Review daily reports and contribute to weekly and monthly progress reports on civil discipline activities. * Conduct review and validation of specific work procedures. * Review contractors’ payment statements, validating completed quantities. * Monitor the contractor’s daily, weekly and three-week activity schedules. **About you** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering – Licensed and registered professional * 8 to 12 years of experience in Process Plants (Mineral Processing) during construction or operation phases, specifically in earthworks, access roads, dykes, tailings and water dams. * 5 years of experience in mining (essential). * Knowledge of Safety Regulations. * Availability for field work (Site). **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
