




**Job Description** We are looking for an organized, responsible **Accounting or Administrative Assistant** with strong information management skills to support the company's administrative and accounting tasks. This position is ideal for individuals with initial experience who wish to strengthen their knowledge and contribute to the internal organization of the department. **Responsibilities** * Record income, expenses, and accounting transactions in assigned systems or spreadsheets. * Organize and keep vouchers, contracts, and administrative documentation up to date. * Assist with bank reconciliations, accounting reports, and control sheets. * Manage supplier payments and support collections processes. * Maintain physical and digital records in order and updated. * Perform general administrative tasks: schedule management, phone calls, emails, and coordination of procedures. * Provide support to the administrative and accounting departments during monthly processes or closings. **Requirements** * Technical or university studies in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in accounting or administrative roles. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel. * Knowledge of petty cash, issuing vouchers, and accounting records (desirable). * Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. * Good communication skills and ability to multitask. **Benefits** * Formal employment with statutory benefits * Internal training * Market-competitive salary Type of position: Full-time Work location: On-site
