COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT – OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH **S&M Occupational Clinic** is looking for a **Commercial Assistant** to join our team and provide support in commercial management, customer prospecting, and service follow-up within the **Occupational Health** sector. We seek a candidate with commercial experience, excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and, above all, **prior experience in the field of Occupational Health**. WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS ROLE? * Prospect and identify new corporate and occupational health sector clients. * Contact potential clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other commercial channels. * Follow up on prospects, quotations, and commercial opportunities. * Maintain and update the client portfolio. * Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and management reports. * Coordinate and send billing, payment, and credential details. * Register client company employees in the clinic’s occupational software. * Follow up on scheduled appointments and client requirements. * Provide support to the Commercial Management in required activities and tasks. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields. * **Minimum 1 year of experience in service sales or commercial management.** * **Minimum 6 months of experience in the Occupational Health field.** * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially Excel. * Experience conducting commercial calls, customer follow-up, quotations, and/or prospecting. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Negotiation, persuasion, and results-oriented capabilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives. * Availability for on-site work in **San Miguel**. CONDITIONS **Work Location:** San Miguel – Lima **Compensation:** S/ 1,600 to S/ 2,000 per month, depending on experience and evaluation. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. **Employment Modality:** Microenterprise payroll from day one.
