Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Junior Accounting Analyst to provide support in accounting processes, from account analysis to preparation of financial statements in the electricity sector. Pleasant work environment and ongoing training At Grupo Coinp, we aim to incorporate a Junior Accounting Analyst with technical or university-level education in Accounting. The position is focused on supporting the company's accounting processes, from account analysis to preparation of financial statements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Account analysis. * Support in preparing financial statements. * Bank reconciliations. * Management of SIRE and preparation of electronic PLE books. * Preparation and system entry of provisions into the ERP system. * Payroll management and control. * Preparation of social benefits settlements. * Support in collections. * Control of deductions, withholdings, and perceptions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Accounting. * Knowledge of IFRS. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Experience with Odoo ERP (desirable but not mandatory). * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. * Must reside in areas adjacent to Lima Cercado. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with statutory benefits under the MYPE regime. * Competitive salary commensurate with market standards and experience. * Reference salary range: S/ 1,800 to S/ 2,200\. * Ongoing training. * Career progression path in the accounting area. * Pleasant work environment. * Bi-weekly payments: 15th and 30th of each month. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Lunch break: 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **About GRUPO COINP S.A.C.** GRUPO COINP S.A.C. is an electricity-sector company operating since 2012\.
