**Mechanical Production Technician - Structure Assembler** We are looking for young technicians with knowledge in the use of machines or tools for working with sheet metal, such as: bending machine, shearing machine, bench tools, welding, painting, and stainless steel work. * Must hold a technical degree in production mechanics, metal construction mechanics, or related field. * Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and use measuring instruments. * Proficient in cutting, assembling, and welding metal structures. * Familiarity with boilerplate work and metal structure fabrication techniques. * Willingness to work in Lima and provinces. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Manual dexterity and attention to detail. * Commitment to safety and compliance with established regulations. * Age between 22 and 30 years old. * Only candidates medically fit according to prior medical examination.
