




Job Summary: ECOFEM is seeking a Receptionist to manage patient care, billing, documentation, and coordination, ensuring efficient women's health services. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are currently seeking (1\) Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities: · Receive and attend scheduled patients as well as walk-in patients. · Handle billing and documentation required for proper patient care. · Provide patients with information about our services and guide them through procedures for future visits. · Manage cash handling/POS operations. · Coordinate with laboratories and suppliers. · Submit daily: cash closing reports to the immediate supervisor and issued receipts to the Administration Department. Requirements: · Experience in admissions or reception. · Ability to work effectively in a team. · Empathy and strong interpersonal skills when interacting with patients. · Proficiency in call handling and time management. · Basic to intermediate MS Office skills. · Experience in cash handling and cash closing. · Experience in issuing receipts and invoicing. · Payroll registration. · Job stability.
