If you are passionate about performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign optimization across digital platforms, this opportunity is for you. You will collaborate with the marketing team to support the creation, monitoring, and optimization of advertising campaigns for various brands, contributing to the achievement of our clients’ business objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support in creating and configuring advertising campaigns on Meta Ads. * Monitor campaign performance and report results. * Support campaign optimization based on performance metrics. * Prepare metric reports and result analyses. * Coordinate with the design and content team for campaign implementation. * Research digital advertising trends and improvement opportunities. * Maintain advertising platforms and campaign databases up to date. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in digital advertising or marketing-related roles. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager. * Basic knowledge of Google Ads (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Availability to work on-site in Lima, Peru. **Nice-to-Have:** * Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certifications. * Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4\). * Experience working at marketing agencies. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration upon evaluation. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity for growth and career development. * Ongoing training in digital marketing. * Participation in projects for multiple brands. **Important:** This position is 100% on-site in Lima, Peru; therefore, we seek candidates residing in Metropolitan Lima or with daily commuting availability to the workplace.
