We are a company dedicated to the sale of disposable safety equipment (gloves, masks, among others), and we are looking for a dynamic, organized, and proactive **Administrative Assistant** to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate general purchases, as well as manage and ensure timely supply of materials and supplies. * Consolidate requirements from different departments to plan and meet their material needs. * Oversee purchase orders comprehensively, including receipt, control, and distribution of materials. * Monitor and ensure validity of mandatory company documents and insurance (SOAT, vehicle technical inspections, general insurance policies, fire extinguishers, among others). * Manage and control the department's petty cash, ensuring proper use and timely expense reporting. * Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department in filing, document management, and other support activities. **Requirements:** * Graduate with a technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate level in Excel. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment. **Benefits:** * Full payroll inclusion from the first day of work (CTS, bonuses, 30 days of annual vacation, etc.) * Bi-weekly payments * 50% EPS coverage (Optional) * Career advancement opportunities Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Application Questions: * District of residence * Updated mobile phone number * Salary expectations * Academic degree Work location: On-site position
