




**Job Opening – Operations Assistant** **FLASHMAN SAC**, a company dedicated to the **provision of general cleaning services and infrastructure maintenance**, is looking for an **Operations Assistant** to strengthen the Operations department. **Position Objective:** Support the **administrative and operational management of permanent and temporary operational staff**, ensuring compliance with control processes, recordkeeping, training, and client coordination, contributing to the efficiency of the Operations department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Record attendance, incidents, and daily monitoring of operational staff at sites. * Control and manage administrative documentation for operations. * Prepare operational area performance reports. * Manage and follow up on department activities according to the control schedule. * Coordinate with clients all required operational activities. * Maintain records of staff hires and terminations at each site. * Manage and plan operational training for operational personnel. * Verify compliance with the Annual Operations Training Plan. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in **Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Management, or related fields**. * Minimum experience of **8 months to 1 year** in operations, human resources, or personnel administration. * Knowledge in **document management, attendance tracking, and operational coordination**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Intermediate level in Excel)**. * Prior experience in **general services, cleaning, or maintenance companies** is desirable. * Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. **We Offer** * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities. * Positive work environment.
