In Peru, we operate in most economic sectors such as mining, agriculture, and fishing, forming part of the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** * Manage, organize, and control project-generated documentation, ensuring compliance with client-established guidelines. * Keep records, files, and document control systems up to date, guaranteeing information traceability. * Ensure the use of established formats, templates, and nomenclature in document management. * Coordinate the receipt, registration, coding, distribution, and archiving of technical and administrative documents. * Monitor documentation delivery deadlines, promptly alerting responsible parties about delays or deviations. * Support the implementation of document control procedures in accordance with international standards and internal policies. * Prepare periodic progress and document status reports. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements** * Technical degree or Bachelor's in Archival Science, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in document management within engineering, construction, or Oil & Gas projects. * Knowledge of document control guidelines and regulations. * Proficient user-level knowledge of the following software: **MS Project and Office 365**. * Experience handling documentary databases and digital repositories. * Intermediate English (desirable). **Additional Information** * Direct employment contract with all statutory benefits from the first day of work. * 80% employer-paid EPS coverage for employee, spouse, and children up to 18 years old. * Positive work environment. * Access to corporate benefits.
