**Position Summary:** At LABEL PERÚ S.A.C., a company specialized in the manufacturing of self-adhesive labels through flexography, we are currently seeking a Professional Rotational Intern. This program is designed to provide the intern with comprehensive experience across various departments of the company, including Administration, Human Resources, Logistics, Quality, SSOMA, and Marketing. The intern will directly report to the Administrator and will have the opportunity to enhance their knowledge through hands-on practice in a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative environment. The Professional Rotational Intern plays an essential role in strengthening the organization's internal processes by demonstrating proactivity, creativity, effective communication, and teamwork to contribute toward achieving the objectives of LABEL PERÚ. **Responsibilities:** · Assist with assigned tasks in the areas of Administration, HR, Logistics, Quality, SSOMA, and Marketing. · Develop reports, management reports, and presentations for each area. · Collaborate in the organization and execution of internal and external projects. · Participate in improving administrative and operational processes. · Support document management and indicator tracking. · Create digital content using photo and video editing software. · Develop video scripts and shooting plans. · Comply with company rules, procedures, and internal policies. · Perform other related duties assigned by the Administrator. **Requirements:** · Graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (mandatory). · Intermediate-level Excel skills. · Advanced English (desirable). · Knowledge of photo and video editing software. · Proactive attitude, creativity, effective communication, and ability to work in a team. **Benefits:** · Market-competitive financial allowance (minimum S/ 1,130\). · Continuity bonus after 6 months. · Private health insurance. · Timely payments. · Full-time onsite schedule of 48 hours per week (Monday to Saturday). · Opportunity to gain experience in various organizational areas.
