Your primary role is to ensure deliverables are met on time, within budget, and with the required quality standards, acting as the main liaison between the client and various internal departments of the company. We invite you to learn more about us \-\>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v\=Ww\-skoad6xM **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the overall execution of projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards. * Monitor and track schedules and budgets, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions. * Coordinate and follow up on engineering, production, and logistics deliverables, validating progress with the planning department. * Serve as the primary point of contact with the client, reporting progress, milestones, and managing changes during project execution. * Maintain constant communication and coordination with internal departments (engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and quality). * Provide periodic reports to Project Management, consolidating performance indicators and highlighting critical risks. * Ensure proper documentation management (technical, contractual, and administrative), guaranteeing traceability and transparency. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Postgraduate diplomas or certifications in Supply Chain, Lean Six Sigma, or Process Management (desirable). * +2 years of professional experience in the industrial sector. * Proficiency in technological tools for project management: Power BI, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet (desirable). * Current CAPM® or PMP® certification (PMI) (desirable). **Position Details:** * On-site work at Miraflores and Huachipa offices. * Monthly salary with a 40% biweekly advance. * Positive work environment. * Labor benefits according to Peruvian law under the MYPE regime.
