**Functions** * Analyze and reorganize project budgets according to actual execution. * Develop physical schedules, billing plans, and cash flow projections. * Read and interpret contracts with clients and financiers. * Identify and map profitable and non-profitable areas of a project. * Generate technical, administrative, and financial reports. * Prepare supplier and subcontractor comparisons. * Replan activities in response to construction deviations. * Analyze costs, margins, and financial impacts of project amendments. * Support payment management, warehouse tracking, and document control. * Participate in procurement and deviation analysis. * Perform project accounting closures and reconciliations. * Integrate information from multiple projects for global analysis. **Requirements** * University degree in Economics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields, with specialization in Project Planning and Control. * Minimum of 20 years of general experience and at least 10 years of specific experience. * Knowledge of construction company operations. * Experience in project management. * Advanced Excel proficiency and database management skills. * Knowledge of document management systems (SharePoint or other platforms). * Languages: desirable. * Analytical ability and critical thinking. * Ability to interpret technical, contractual, and financial information. * Effective internal and external communication (multilingual). * Organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. * Proactivity and decision-making capability. * Teamwork and synergy generation. * Active listening and results orientation.
