**Job Description** A growing company in the architecture and engineering sector is looking for a **Quality Supervisor** whose mission will be to systematically collect and analyze the company's processes, identifying resource usage throughout the production chain, with the purpose of optimizing them from an organizational and financial perspective, facilitating controls and decision-making. **Requirements:** * **EDUCATION**: Industrial Engineer, Systems Engineer or related fields. * **TRAINING**: Knowledge of Siesa Pyme, Office suite (Intermediate level), programming (Intermediate level), Descriptive Statistics (Basic level), BPMN methodology. **Responsibilities** · Define and monitor the company's processes. · Follow the implementation plan for process-based approach. · Manage and monitor process performance. · Integrate a work team with SG\-SG\-SSTA. · Develop a plan for process mapping and documentation. · Identify and document the company's processes. · Clearly, coherently, and precisely define existing Strategic, Core, and Support processes. · Clearly, coherently, and precisely define procedures requiring further detail within each process. · Establish document management coding and usage across the organization. · Optimize process integration through available technology. · Optimize time and cost resources in production processes to support decision-making. · Willingness to perform activities consistent with the position.
