At SUMAC, we are looking for a Construction Administrator with solid experience. \- Administrative and document management \- Prepare and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and personnel. \- Supervise and archive legal and technical project documentation. \- Coordinate with the company's accounting and finance departments. \- Financial and budgetary control \- Develop and monitor the project budget. \- Control project-related expenses and income. \- Manage payments, valuations, and invoicing. \- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers and contractors. \- Resource management \- Coordinate procurement and supply of materials. \- Supervise logistics for delivery of supplies and equipment. \- Optimize resource usage to prevent cost overruns. \- Support in project planning and control \- Coordinate with the site manager on physical and financial progress. \- Monitor execution schedules and cash flows. \- Generate periodic reports for management or clients. \- Personnel management \- Administer payroll, contracts, and employee benefits on site. \- Ensure compliance with labor regulations. \- Coordinate with occupational health and safety. \- External relations \- Handle audits and inspection visits. \- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and authorities as needed. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree or university title in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. \- Courses or diplomas in Project Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Lean Construction, or similar (desirable). \- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in construction administration or supervision. \- Experience in budgets, scheduling, cost control, and personnel supervision. \- Experience managing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
