On behalf of our client VMIC, a company dedicated to consulting and executing civil construction projects in both public and private sectors, we are looking for the best candidate to join the team as CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER Responsibilities: * Field management: Coordinate and supervise the execution of assigned work items, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, HSE, and quality standards. * Document control: Prepare and maintain updated quantity surveys, daily/weekly reports, as-built drawings, and technical dossiers. * Operational coordination: Manage resources, contractors, and subcontractors to meet project milestones and schedules. * Logistics management: Coordinate material and service requirements. Support procurement of materials and logistical coordination to optimize time and costs. * Internal and external client relations: Communicate progress and report risks or deviations. * Post-sales and warranty follow-up: Coordinate warranty-related works and corrections after project delivery. Job Requirements * Degree or partial degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Minimum experience: 1–2 years in construction execution, preferably in retail or high-turnover projects. * Technical knowledge: Quantity surveying, budgeting, blueprint interpretation, quality control, HSE, AutoCAD, intermediate-to-advanced Excel, and ERP systems (Odoo or similar).
